- We use trusted third-party logistics partners for delivery.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
2. Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
- Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
3. Returns
- We do not accept returns for any products once sold.
- Please review your order carefully before placing it.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide order details and clear photos of the product for verification.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are not applicable except in cases where a replacement is not possible for a damaged/incorrect product.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
