At Aman Lifecare Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering authentic Ayurvedic products with care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required for all returns.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
    • Products purchased during clearance sales, promotions, or with special discounts.
    • Perishable items or products with hygiene concerns (e.g., creams, oils, capsules once unsealed).
  3. Damaged / Wrong Product Received:
    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, based on product availability.
  4. Return Process:

    • Once approved, the product must be securely packed and shipped back to our warehouse address.
  5. Shipping Charges:
    • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
    • For all other cases, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
