  1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch):
    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before they are dispatched.

  2. After Dispatch:
    • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
    • However, you may initiate a return request under our Return Policy after receiving the product.
  3. Prepaid Orders:
    • If cancelled within the eligible time frame, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  4. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:
    • For COD orders, cancellation is accepted only before dispatch. Repeated cancellations may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.
  5. Company Rights:
    • Aman Lifecare Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel any order in case of product unavailability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified, and a full refund (if prepaid) will be processed.
