Return Policy
At Aman Lifecare Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering authentic Ayurvedic products with care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
- Products purchased during clearance sales, promotions, or with special discounts.
- Perishable items or products with hygiene concerns (e.g., creams, oils, capsules once unsealed).
- Damaged / Wrong Product Received:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, based on product availability.
- Return Process:

- Once approved, the product must be securely packed and shipped back to our warehouse address.
- Shipping Charges:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other cases, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
