1. Shipping

2. Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Returns

  • We do not accept returns for any products once sold.
  • Please review your order carefully before placing it.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide order details and clear photos of the product for verification.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable except in cases where a replacement is not possible for a damaged/incorrect product.
